Our ideal candidate:

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in multi-unit retail management at the District Manager level
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to relocate required
• Demonstration of leadership characteristics
• Computer proficiency
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll be doing as a District Manager in Training:

• Working alongside the Regional Vice President and a District Manager who will mentor and teach you the functional responsibility as a DM with the Leslie’s organization.
• Spend time learning the industry through experience in a retail store, ride-alongs with our commercial and service teams and taking over an assigned mini-district.
