Check inbound product identification against
invoices and receiving paperwork to insure correct pack/size, quantity, product
quality and temperature, pallet ti/hi, etc.
Check temperature of all inbound frozen and
refrigerated products to ensure proper temperatures and compliance to U.S.
Foodservice’s food safety and RRE requirements.
Verify quantity of each product to insure physical
count agrees with shipping and receiving documentation; report any variances so
that inventory levels are accurately adjusted in system. Move received product from
the dock into the proper warehouse slots using forklift, pallet jack and
hi-low.
Completes required paperwork for daily receiving, as
per U.S. Foodservice, USDA and SOX requirements; sign and date to authenticate
products received are placed into inventory.
Transport pallet loads of product from dock to
correct warehouse slot using powered industrial equipment and insures all
pallets are secure in designated slots to avoid damage or injury when product
is selected.
Replenish pick slots with product from reserve slots
to maintain inventory levels for night shift selection.
Record all product, equipment and warehouse damage.
Maintain the cleanliness of aisles by removing any
debris from floor and racks
Follow safety policies and practices at all times
Education/Training: High
School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:
Previous warehouse experience preferred; experience with pallet jack or high
lift preferred; Foodservice experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Able
to read and write legibly, basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply,
divide), good verbal communication skills; basic computer skills; Certification
in warehouse equipment. Strong ability to get along with others. Must be able
to understand Voxware commands.
