Responsibilities:


 

  • Specify, define, and release vehicle security subsystem electronics modules and components including Passive Entry Passive Start (PEPS), Integrated Key head Transmitter (IKT), Perimeter Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, and PATS. Electronic Steering Column Lock, Remote Start, Approach Detection
  • Lead subsystem development, calibration, validation, and support efforts
  • Manage E/E component/subsystem engineering disciplines: FMEA, DVP&R, etc
  • Work with PMTs to manage design and development to meet functional objectives and affordable targets
  • Primary interface to FSSs. Lead FSS management, development, technical coordination
 
Basic Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Development in component or feature development in Automotive or closely related to automotive industry
Preferred Qualifications:

 
  • Master Degree  in Computer or Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience in electronic module development or automotive feature development
  • Strong communication skills and effective presentation skills
  • Familiar with CAN tools (vehicle spy, CANalyzer, CANoe, etc)
