Electrical and Electronic System Engineering (EESE) designs and develops vehicle electrical components and subsystems including infotainment, body electronics, driver information, climate control electronics, chassis electronics, wiring, power distribution, connectors, power supply, switches, software and modeling, restraints electronics and security subsystems.

Position Duties:
- Design and release engineer responsible for the application of AM/FM, cellular, GPS and/or satellite radio antennas on global vehicle programs.
- Manage supplier selection and commercial kickoff.
- Packaging, integration and BOM release to the vehicle
- Component Design Verification and part delivery.
- Assembly to the vehicle: process definition.
- Vehicle level functional and RF testing.
- Launch and on-going production quality support.
- BS in Engineering or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience in a engineering role
- 2+ years’ experience in design and release
- Master of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering with focus on RF/antenna/cellular operations.
- 5+ years experience in engineering role related to the position.
- Design and Release Process Experience of cellular antenna or similar component.
- 2+ years of functional knowledge of audio, RF, and/or electrical and mechanical interfaces required to implement multimedia antenna systems to the exterior and interior of the vehicle
