Associate IT Business Analyst - SAP/EWM

Position Overview/Description: 
 
We are looking for an individual to join our Global SAP SCM integration team in the role of an Associate IT Business Analyst – SAP/EWM. The SAP team is responsible for the integration of four SAP SCM components (CRM, EWM, APO, ECC) into a global service parts solution.

The Associate SAP IT Business Analyst-Extended Warehouse Management Business Analyst will join the 15 member team in rolling out SAP EWM solution to Ford service parts warehouses worldwide. Also provide post launch support to ensure application availability.


Responsibilities: 
 

• Participate in the prototype, build, test, and implement phases of implementing the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solution worldwide
• Write user stories, test scripts, and knowledge articles for the SAP EWM solution
• Work collaboratively with other team members gaining knowledge of the SAP product and implementation experience
• Increase application stability and reliability by continuously determining support improvement opportunities as it relates to application health monitoring processes.

Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
• 3+ years of IT business analysis experience
• 1+ years of SAP EWM Warehouse Management system experience

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Hands-on experience as business analyst and with system design and analysis
• Demonstrated ability adapt to new technology
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a global team
• Aptitude to deliver on project commitments through leadership, teamwork, problem analysis/resolution and productivity improvements
• Able to build strong relationships with multiple business and technical customers and adapt language to appropriate audience
• SAP Solution Manager ticketing tool experience
