Position Summary:

SAP GRC Security Analyst

Position Overview/Description: 
We are seeking an SAP GRC Security Analyst to join the Ford SAP Global Integration Team. The team consists of SAP professionals across multiple disciplines including but not limited to; project managers, business analysts, SAP Basis Administrators, and IT QC Test Specialist on both technical and functional aspects.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Document the procedures and present for end user training
  • Participate in SAP audit discussions, questions and help resolve the SOD/SOX issues
  • Work with internal/ external audit, segregation of duties analysis and SOX compliance
  • Customize the SOD ruleset for custom transactions, application and consulting business units in reducing the SOD violations
  • Perform analysis on GRC segregation of duties (SOD)
  • Identify authorization errors using SUIM, SU53 and ST01 to provide consultative support to business
 
Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
  • 5+ years of SAP Security experience
  • 2+ full life cycle SAP security implementations
  • 1+ year of experience with troubleshooting workflow issues in GRC user provisioning
  • 2+ years of experience with one or more of the Netweaver products
    (ECC/SCM/CRM/XI/BI/QIM/SolMan/EWM)
 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Experience in setting up and configuring SAP GRC 10.X modules (CUP, RAR, FireFighter)
  • Experience with SAP authorization concept, role design, user administration, SOX and SOD conflict resolution
  • Strong knowledge in SAP Security tables
  • Working knowledge of sensitive transaction analysis and GRC 10.X modules
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; effective team player
  • Outstanding problem solving and resolution skills and a high level of analytical skills
  • Proficient with SAP security design, build, deployment, and audits for standard role-based Security
