Systems Analyst/Programmer (Government)

AT&T - COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Virginia

• Provides technical support for software development and integration efforts.
  
• Performs in a variety of technical areas including systems requirements analysis, data analysis and engineering, systems design, systems development, computer programming, systems testing and deployment, quality assurance, configuration management and systems documentation.
• Defines the problem and develops system requirements and program specifications.
• Programmers prepare detailed specifications and computer software programs. Integrates, tests and debug software components.
• Prepares required documentation including program-level and user-level documentation.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or Business, or other related field and 5 years of experience with 3 years of related technical specialized experience, Masters Degree may substitute for years of experience.
