Job Summary
The role of the Marketing Specialist is to create, coordinate and execute on-brand marketing strategies across accounts within assigned book of business. The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing efforts across a wide variety of accounts to increase sales, engagement and conversion rates. This person will increase revenue heavily through email marketing and eCommerce updates while also providing detailed analytics, trends and evaluations. Multi-tasking, time-management, creative thinking, attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment are highly required.

Key Job Responsibilities
• The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing efforts across a wide variety of accounts to increase sales, engagement and conversion rates. This person will increase revenue heavily through email marketing and eCommerce updates while also providing detailed analytics, trends and evaluations. Multi-tasking, time-management, creative thinking, attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment are highly required.
• The marketing specialist will be responsible for making recommendations on marketing trends and marketing specialist approach overall to achieve greatest ROI within this customer segment.
• Marketing Specialist will work with ASM – Strategic ASM (33-35); Director (38) and our client contacts to develop unique marketing plans per client. The marketing specialist will be responsible for conducting analysis, providing recommendations and delivering presentations to enterprise client contacts

• .this person will not contribute to SPP overall strategy, but will be responsible for identifying individual client marketing strategies and recommending if the account should move to a marketing manager for increased strategic plans.


KPIs– Key Performance Indicators (i.e. how is success defined in this role?)
• Effectively manage a minimum of 40 accounts by strategically creating targeted marketing calendars with a minimum of quarterly campaigns per year.
• Provide analysis, recommendations and best practices to both client contact and internal staff to maximize results.
• Maintain or exceed SPP average open and click throughs on email campaigns.
• Drive average incremental sales by 55% within 5 days of promotion.
• Maintain or exceed SPP annual average percentage increase in eStore traffic and new shoppers.

Education/Experience Equivalent (minimum requirements)
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications


Professional Knowledge/Experience
• 2-4 years relevant work experience in marketing or related field; Experience working with agencies and/or vendors preferred but not required


Other Skills (e.g. specialized training, language proficiency, functional expertise etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytic software
• Experience with Responsys or similar email service provider,
