Reporting to the FVP, the Director of Finance and Controls has the overall responsibility for the finance, and control functions including scheduling and accuracy in the facility. Reporting to the will be the Manager of Finance/Scheduling .
Key Accountabilities:
Oversee and support financial management of facility operating expense, including budget preparation, closing, forecasting and analysis.
Ensure financial controls are monitored and adhered to: accounting, capital, expense payable, etc.
Monitor and review daily and weekly facility results including productivity, cost and service KPIs and provide analysis/recommendations to senior management regarding opportunities and variances.
Oversees the scheduling of associates including the planning of budgets, management of hours and ensuring following the guidelines by job classification.
Partner with Central Finance in reverse auction opportunities and contract administration.
Monitor and challenge operational controls (including system access for security) ensure on standard performance is maintained at all times.
Conduct all Closing activities
Review all contracts for the facility
Oversee audits and accuracy activities within the facility
Project Management Team participation
Facility improvement projects
Liaison to Central Finance Team.
Skill Summary:
Four year college degree or equivalent
One or more year's previous experience in an analytical/financial role preferred.
Ability to work well with all levels of management.
Demonstrated analytical skills

Systems/Technology
Advanced knowledge of PC programs including Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.
Working knowledge of BTR and mainframe applications a plus.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
