Qualifications
• Mastery of subject matter to execute within all positions managed. Including products and pricing knowledge to meet customers needs and systems knowledge for all various channels supported
• Ability to establish credibility and be decisive while supporting the organization’s preferences and priorities as each channels have varying needs.
• Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills, and strong attention to detail
• Strong industry product and decoration knowledge preferred
• Working knowledge of applicable software systems
