ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Support project manager(s) on large complex projects and assignments.
Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.
Maintain accurate budget tracking of all project expenditures
Oversee contractors and construction related activities
Maintain active project status reports
Process Purchase orders and change orders.
Verify and initiate payment for vendor invoices in a timely manner.
Work with vendors to reconcile any invoicing discrepancies.
Perform reconciliation and closeout process for all financial requirements prior to closing projects.
Maintain accurate files on current and closed projects including off site document storage.
Maintain all electronic and hard copy architectural drawings for current and closed projects.
Demonstrating a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.
Schedule and plan meetings with vendors and clients.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects.
Comply with all Jones Lang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, strongly preferred
1 year practical experience for Accounts
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in a Project Administration/Accounting position
Experience in Construction Management or Real Estate, preferred
