Position Summary:
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of global client support and will be the primary global interface for, working in partnership with our field sales team, international SPP offices, and our global partner network, the key stakeholders of an assigned customer account base. This individual will have responsibility and accountability for execution of all global customer requirements and profitability of their assigned accounts. Working closely with the Director of Global Account Services and internal Account Services Manager, manage and coordinate the implementation and on-going operation of global in-stock eStore programs and/or their associated special order and customer service support.
