Key Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving customer orders, reviewing customer order requirements, resolving and missing, ambiguous or non-standard customer requirements, entering orders into the business system and following up with customers regarding changes to orders.
  • Must be accurate in all phases of order entry, debits, credits and returns and the approval process according to ISO guidelines. 
  • Must be flexible to support several job duties at one time. 
  • Must have 1 year external working experience in Customer Service related field or college degree.
  • Learn all product lines and be able to assist with all Customer Service telephones regardless of the region or business segment to give full back-up support.
  • Must have understanding of all PPG policies, guidelines and special product requirements and follow the ISO guidelines.
  • Counsel customers on basic information concerning return policies, availability, packaging, price and general information found on product literature.

Experience and Education
 Must have one year experience in a Customer Service Industrial environment or college degree. Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Good organizational skills. Good written & verbal communication skills.
