Network Systems Engineer Associate (Government)

AT&T is seeking hard-working and dependable candidates to fulfill the role of Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) Coordinator on the GSM-O contract at Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) located in Honolulu, HI.

Candidate will be responsible for development and maintenance of COOP plans, procedures and training documents across multiple Service Delivery Threads.

• Responsible for preparation, organization, and maintenance of all exercise records (after action reports), files, CDRL information in order to clearly document contract performance and compliance.
• This includes the coordination of exercises, reports and assisting with the overall development of the program’s goals and capturing lessons learned for inclusion in the Knowledge Management Repository.
• Candidate will provide technical engineering assistance to all phases of COOP for projects, network development, operation and management to include a Project plan detailing critical path requirements and their dependencies on or from changes to the enterprise architecture.
• Candidate will also serve as a liaison to the organization for COOP events and reporting on program performance levels (ALP/CDRLS) and will be responsible for providing updates to the Team Lead and Service Delivery Manager on a regular basis.
• Candidate needs strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective internal communications both within the Operations Team and across the organization.
• Candidate will also facilitate and provide administrative support to the COOP working group meetings across SDTs and other DISA organizations.
• Candidate will be responsible for staffing the government facilities during emergency activations, and work during non-business hours during those emergencies.

• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with some supervision and peer reviews. Ability to work in a team focused, dynamic environment.
• Ability to apply discretion and judgement to complete assignments of limited scope, while work is reviewed throughout the assignment.

Must be and US Citizen and possess or be able to gain a Secret Security Clearance
