Tech Support Analyst Lead - Network

  • Mentors and leads the activities of a team of highly skilled technical support team.
  • Facilitate the development of an internal certification process within technical support.  Ultimately responsible for the certification of lower level associates.
  • Lead the recovery and troubleshooting efforts of large scale and complex application environments as well as including the associated infrastructure and network components.
  • Ensures technical and operational documentation is complete, accurate, relevant and up to date.  
  • Interacts directly Business Relationship managers, distribution center operations staff and Sr manager as well as engineering and development team members across the IT organization. 
  • Keeps abreast of new technologies, incorporates those technologies when appropriate and motivates others to utilize them. 
  • Has decision-making responsibility within the discipline and escalates any issues, which cannot be resolved to the Sr. Manager.

Education/Training:
  • High school diploma or GED required, B.S. preferred 
Related Experience: 
  • 5 years networking experience in IT
  • Experience in supply chain & warehouse operations
  • Expert in at least 2 domains
  • Incident & Problem Management experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Train, mentor, coach and cultivate a "Second to None" team of analysts
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Expert knowledge and experience of the domains and the business processes being supported.
