Mentors and leads the activities of a team of highly skilled technical support team.
Facilitate the development of an internal certification process within technical support. Ultimately responsible for the certification of lower level associates.
Lead the recovery and troubleshooting efforts of large scale and complex application environments as well as including the associated infrastructure and network components.
Ensures technical and operational documentation is complete, accurate, relevant and up to date.
Interacts directly Business Relationship managers, distribution center operations staff and Sr manager as well as engineering and development team members across the IT organization.
Keeps abreast of new technologies, incorporates those technologies when appropriate and motivates others to utilize them.
Has decision-making responsibility within the discipline and escalates any issues, which cannot be resolved to the Sr. Manager.
