Description:
Coordinates and executes Facilities and Equipment maintenance activities. Manages Facilities projects. Oversees and approves contractor work. Maintains equipment and maintenance records in EAM.

Assign and supervise the work of one full time contract maintenance craftsman

Oversee other contractors who may be called in to perform maintenance activities

Manage the EAM Computerized Maintenance Management System which includes maintaining equipment records, generating cost and asset management reports and maintaining work order records

Train users on EAM

Schedule, plan and coordinate multi-disciplinary maintenance projects

Assist in site's capital asset tracking

Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program and an on-going strategic maintenance plan for LAC

Oversee vendor work according to contract and ensure that work being performed is high quality, cost effective and timely

Create and implement daily schedules

Coordinate with manufacturing to provide necessary Facilities support to ensure equipment availability

Other duties, including facility and equipment maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
-
Education - BSME or BSEE; or 10 years experience in industrial maintenance in lieu of degree.

Experience - Min 3 years industrial experience

Skills/Certifications - electro-mechanical systems, troubleshooting, HVAC, basic computer skills

Preferred - Experience as electrician, control systems, plumbing, welding, carpentry
