Position Summary and Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager, Digital Experiences position at Sherwin-Williams is accountable for managing efforts to plan, create, enhance, maintain, and support omnichannel digital customer experiences that are relevant and competitive across a diverse and growing landscape of customer touchpoints including web sites, mobile apps, social, e-commerce and in-store.
This role focuses on core capabilities that include but are not limited to: content requirements/management, personalization, landing pages, customer portal, calculators, store locator, color inspiration and visualization, search & navigation, and e-commerce purchase paths. Frequent collaboration with groups such as marketing, digital analytics, digital merchandising, e-commerce operations, information technology, and digital external agencies is essential to delivering a best-in-class experience to our customers.
Responsibilities include discovery, planning, business requirements definition, user experience strategy, user flows, wireframe and/or creative approvals, functional design planning, usability testing, metrics and KPI planning, user acceptance testing, post launch support and communications.
Experience Required:
Minimum 7 years in digital or e-commerce roles with increasing responsibility.
Minimum 2 years leading and mentoring direct reports.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer feedback and analytics into successful digital customer experiences that drive acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a proven track record of strong project management, cross-functional team leadership and collaboration with the ability to efficiently manage multiple high impact projects and deadlines to ensure on time and on budget completions.
Experience in the business-oriented administration of content management, search and ecommerce platforms.
Experience Preferred:
Experience working with a variety of user types and/or customer segments, B2B and/or B2C.
Knowledge of how back-end systems integrate into the digital experience and associated business processes.
Education Required:
Bachelors degree in digital marketing, digital experience, e-commerce or related disciplines.
