Interested in being a Field Compliance Specialist at Aaron’s? The Field Compliance Specialist will assist the Director of Operational Compliance in conducting an operational compliance testing program that meets and/or exceeds the requirements of the CFPB/ USSG. Develop, conduct, and coordinate periodic risk assessments evaluating high risk operational areas for exposure and non-compliance. Implement the operational compliance testing program for his/her assigned territory.

Job Duties:

·         Provides guidance/training as needed to field associates

·         Conduct operational compliance tests to mitigate key risks

·         Monitors CAP closure process to ensure that test findings are closed and documented

·         Develops corrective action plans to address and close test findings

 

Position Requirements:

 

·         College degree preferred or equivalent experience

·         5-6 years of relevant experience

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office
