Provides analytical support for Account Services Management. Ensures Account Services Management compliance to processes and procedures surrounding job cost set up.
Key Job Responsibilities
Utilizes various reporting systems to aggregate and analyze data which is ultimately used by Account Services leadership to make business decisions
Facilitate all account set up (Majors, Logo Codes, Linc Accounts (including clones), Sales Accounts)
Analyze monthly Apollo reporting (inconsistencies, accts needing to transition)
Manage all sales/ship-to reporting requests
Analyze monthly margin reports for all GPO accounts
Uses appropriate sequence of activities to complete work and ensure accuracy
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Some college coursework or
Advanced Excel
Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and decision making skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal & external customers
Ability to maintain high level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to gather, review and analyze information from multiple sources
Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments
Preferred
Professional Knowledge/Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge of FOCUS reporting tool and the Clients and Profits systems
