Cabling Operations Manager (Government)

AT&T - COLUMBIA, Maryland

The Transition project manager shall possess the following capabilities: Communicate issues and solutions to the broader Government management structure as requested by senior Government leaders; Provide guidance and direct tasking for Level 0, 1, 2 and 3 project managers if any are assigned to the project; Rapidly assemble and execute focused cross-disciplinary Government/Contractor teams to address urgent or unexpected cost, schedule, or technical program/contract issues.

The Level 4 Project Manager shall have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer, Business or Math related field and nineteen (19) years that can be a combination of experience as a program or project manager and education. A master’s degree is equivalent to 6 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience and an associate’s degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience. The degree must be in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. All program or project management experience must be of similar scope, type, and complexity. Shall have at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting. Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies.

Required Clearance: Candidate must have a TS/SCI polygraph clearance.

Desired: PMP certification, FAC-P/PM Senior Level certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program Management certification is desired, although not required
