Key Responsibilities

 

Supply Chain Management Trainee program is designed for new or recent graduates with degrees specializing in Operations, logistics and/or Supply Chain Management. The Supply Chain Management Trainee Program is a 1-3-year program designed to expose the candidate to a variety of Supply Chain functions, skillsets, and systems while working directly in the actual business environment.  The Trainee will learn and perform all distribution warehouse functions with a focus on developing the candidate for advanced Supply Chain roles upon completion of the trainee program. 
  • Work in multiple Supply Chain roles and functions during the training program to build a broad experience base of Supply Chain Management skills and processes
  • Gain functional experience in various operational areas including Planning, Logistics, Import/Export, Master Data, Inventory Management and Formulation Manufacturing
  • Develop skills in key systems and tools including Oracle, MS Suite and various specialized supply chain analytical tools
  • Develop managerial and leadership skills through the targeted training initiatives.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Management field of study.
  • Above average knowledge of Operations with the Distribution Warehouse environment.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Windows based programs, MS Word and Excel
  • Must be willing to relocate if needed after completing the management training programs
