Position Summary:

Job Description
The role of the Maintenance Manager is to ensure the proper operation of all aspects of a facility. The Maintenance Manager must operate and maintain a comprehensive Facility Management program which allows an organization to manage and oversee the Operations and Maintenance of the Building, Building Systems and Equipment. Oversee the environmental and safety program for the site and foster a “Safety First” culture within the JLL and supplier teams. The Maintenance Manager reports to the Site Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 
  • Engineering, Technical, or Mechanical background desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid working experience in Facility Maintenance and General building repair/maintenance or related field preferred with a minimum 6-8 years direct supervision of a facilities organization >20 FTE within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
  • Excellent prioritization and conflict resolution
  • Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style needed
