Provides radio frequency (RF) and/or Radio Access Network (RAN) design. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Traffic management, spectrum analysis, designs, plans and oversees installation, maintenance, and optimization, and/or performance of wireless radio access network communications systems, including radio propagation modeling and prediction, interference analysis, frequency coordination, cell site equipment layout, parameter definition and ancillary equipment. May include GIS (Geographic Information Systems) performance analysis & drive testing. Analyzes RAN data to recommend optimal changes to RAN network to improve all key indexes and performance indicators. Job Contribution: Technical professional with limited experience. Working knowledge of technical principles, learning ATT technologies. Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience. Experience: Typically requires 0-2 years of applicable experience. Supervisory: No. Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T's compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

 

COW - Special Event Support

• Provide support for AR/OK COW deployments and special event support including 3P preparation.

• Data gathering/Report generation as needed

• Other administrative/technical tasks to assist the greater team’s efficiency as needed.

 

NEPA Submissions for AR/OK

• Review and address NEPA compliance requests daily per AT&T

• Required to access AOTS to create/close trouble tickets, or review existing tickets

• Required to access and pull information from CSS

• Required to access ATOLL (read only) to pull/review pertinent cell information to ensure

  clarity as well as accuracy. Work with RF Design team to gather all iBwave DAS design

  specifics necessary to complete accurate NEPAs for in-building projects.

• Required to work closely with local Construction/PjM/RF Engineering teams to ensure

  and maintain 100% accountability, and accuracy for all required data prior to any

  cell/DAS launch.
