As our Reporting Process Manager, you will support the core capabilities of data governance and reporting. You will oversee data collection, validation, design, and reporting processes to drive the development and adoption of operational metrics across the Technology Operations organization. You will bring a broad experience of successfully delivering value that enables increased productivity and realize efficiencies. In addition, you will collaborate with other Nike Technology organizations to ensure that a comprehensive technology strategy enables the data foundation and governance. To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate expert customer service, influencing skills that drive results, promote continuous process improvement, and strategic thinking capabilities to a mature services-based organization.
Bachelor’s degree required in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Analytical field. 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Advanced experience with change and transformational efforts with a focus on SQL data warehousing, uploading raw data to our server using SSIS, designing self-service reporting, and data governance for a Technology organization
Experience working with relational databases, an understanding of scripting languages, and basic statistical analysis skills
Experience working with Tableau required. Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Splunk, New Relic, Apptio, and other big data technologies highly desirable.
Ability to collaborate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to develop plans that address their needs as well as our technology strategy to drive results and promote continuous process improvement; requires strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both within a team and independently, deal with ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment focused on results
Experience in strategic thinking, planning, and leadership
Experience working in agile model and with agile concepts
Working knowledge of ITIL terminology, standards, practices, and frameworks - focusing on operations and support organizations desirable
