AR Reconciliation Senior Analyst

As a North America Order to Cash (O2C Ops) Category and Territory Senior Analyst, you will have the responsibility to reconcile the regional account base that processes over $173 million annually in open return claims.  In this highly results oriented environment, your analytical, problems solving and decision making skills will be utilized to diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to issues that impact the returns reconciliation process as well as the deduction process. 

In addition, your communication skills will be used to escalate trends you have identified and/or root cause issues that impact other business units and/or our external customers. You will train and mentor new hires as well as develop written procedures.  You will use your ability to envision and implement new processes and system enhancements that increase the efficiency and productivity of the team. Your flexibility, resistance to stress and integrity skills will be utilized as you work with other teams within O2C Ops, other business units, and external customers to help them understand and follow policy and standard operating procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or closely related field, preferably with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2 years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Retail or Customer Service is required.  
• Solid knowledge in two or more cross-functional areas (Claims, A/R or A/P) is preferred
• Experience in successful root-cause analysis required
• SAP, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook system knowledge is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills required
• Proven ability to be solutions oriented with recognition being given as a leader of changes
