Customer Financial Services- Account Representative I

North America Customer Financial Services department protects and rotates one of NIKE's largest assets- Accounts Receivable.  The successful candidate will manage 1,500 to 2,000 North America Golf Accounts through heavy phone and email communication with external and internal Customers/Partners to insure NIKE's Accounts Receivable is maintained within department guidelines and goals.  The role involves excellent communication, team work, decision-making, analytical skills to drive results and reach win-win solutions while protecting NIKE's bottom line.  The role requires making decisions as orders are review daily, working aged trial balance, account reconciliation, identifying why our Customers have not paid their outstanding invoices on time, and influencing our Customers to pay the outstanding debt owed to NIKE. Constant communication with Customers, Sales, Customer Service and Management keeping all team members up to speed on issues that may impact the bottom line.  In this role you would be a member of a 6 to 10 person team dealing with 10,000 plus US and Canadian Golf and Team Accounts.  The team is part of the larger North America Customer Financial Services department that NIKE depends on.
