Position Summary:
JLL Valuation & Advisory Services seeks to fill full-time commercial appraisal positions for its Oklahoma City office.
Duties include on-the-job training for the full complement of skills requisite to this position: client and property owner interaction, use of software and analytical problem-solving skills/methodologies elemental to real property valuation.
The candidate will ideally work 40 hours per week during business hours. Ideal candidates will possess strong written & verbal communication skills, software proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel). Familiarity with CoStar, Xceligent and ARGUS is a plus as is high teachability, personal initiative, and team-orientation.
