As a Senior Business Analyst for North America Sales & Operations Planning, you'll become a part of an extensive cross-functional team driving overall financial, operational and marketplace performance for the Geography. You will lead the monthly Recon Net Ship planning process, monitor marketplace health, and review varying forecasts to identify risks and opportunities within long term plans. You will drive story-telling efforts and discussions around the risks and opportunities relative to marketplace productivity to drive actions and decisions. This individual will partner with Global S&OP on the evolution and implementation of the integrated consensus planning vision. Finally, you will be asked to lead large cross-functional meetings with varying levels of the organization and need the ability to influence the matrix. Your partnerships will include but are not limited to Commerce, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Finance, Direct to Consumer, and Global S&OP.
Core Accountabilities
Lead the communication, execution, and story- telling of the monthly Recon process.
Compare and analyze forecasts across varying functions to understand risks, opportunities and mitigation plans.
Collaborate with Category and marketplace teams to understand plan variances led through the lens of consumer demand
Support in the story board development for multiple S&OP meeting gates.
Ensure the integrity and drive the on-going evolution of the NA S&OP visualization center
Be the primary communicator of the integrated business planning process for the NA geography
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field and 5 years of relevant work experience
5 years’ professional experience in analytics/logistics /planning/other relevant field, preferably with a large corporate entity
Strong understanding of supply chain management and sales & operations planning (S&OP)
Advanced analytical mindset with strong financial acumen and aptitude
Ability to develop strong working relationships with Nike partners at a functional, territory and global level
Ability to communicate, influence and partner effectively using strong verbal and written communication in English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Access, Tableau, Board, and TM1/Cognos a plus
