As a Global Process Manager, you will work with Global Process
Directors and partner directly with fulfillment leaders from all Geo’s and
NikeTech to successfully develop and deploy strategic capabilities that improve
Nike’s supply chain.
In this role you will be responsible
for working with the fulfillment networks to:
o
Deliver defined capabilities that connect process design & execution,
people and technology, both globally consistent & locally relevant.
o
Drive compliance with the global governance and intake process to
ensure adoption of standard processes within Nike’s Distribution Centers.
o
Connect subject matter experts, share insights and best practices
around the world.
o
Develop the x-functional and x-geo relationships required to ensure
effective and efficient process and program execution.
o
Ensure collaboration to coordinate plans and drive business results,
process excellence and capability development.
o
Collaborate with functional and technical partners to develop
realistic implementation/project plans.
o
Implement and monitor key performance metrics
focused on improving efficiency and capacity, overall flow, and delivery of
product.
o
Support the Global Process Director in developing and facilitating
Global workshops.
o
Lead and manage fulfillment projects.
o Bachelor's or advanced degree and minimum of 5
years supply chain experience.
o End to end knowledge of supply chain operations and
systems; distribution center operations and warehouse management systems
experience preferred.
o Project team leadership/ coaching skills and
ability to collaborate at all levels.
o Experience in aligning cross-cultural,
cross-functional and virtual teams.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Solid presenter and group facilitator. Exceptional listening skills.
o Understand implications of different operational
choices, and guide team to best solutions for organization.
o Comfort with principles and issues related to
Information Technology systems, development and design.
o Literacy in Lean Thinking a plus.
o Strong relationship-building skills; ability to
create trust among those with diverse personal styles.
o Proven energy to navigate complex organizational
structures.
o High tolerance for ambiguity.
o Variable travel, approximately 50%.
