Position Summary
Oversee CSS repair services to include, aircraft maintenance services, component repair and overhaul, customer property returns, and blade repair services.
Scope of Responsibilities
$30M in Trade Revenue Volume per year, growth projected at 10% per year.
$12M in Intercompany Revenue Volume per year
$9M in OTC parts Sales per year
$8.5M Overhead budget per year
Job Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and management for all operations and business activities performed by repair services organization to include BHPF aircraft maintenance, Component repair and overhaul, Customer property returns, Bell Miami Maintenance, and blade repair services located in Broussard, LA and United Kingdom.
• Oversee direction and efficient utilization of all assets control.
• Facilitate planning, scheduling, coordinating, capacity analysis, training and resources of operations personnel in the repair services organization
• Facilitate business strategy and establish goals, plans and priorities for production activities
• Direct business operations of all repair services activities, including planning and execution of work, in a manner consistent with regulatory policies and procedures
• Evaluate and ensure that personnel, tooling, equipment and facilities are adequate to support business volumes.
• Inspire and develop talent.
• Create an environment of collaboration and respect and set clear expectations.
• Drive performance and deliver results—formulate and implement, or recommend to senior management as required, initiatives to improve performance, productivity and cost-effectiveness of entire repair services organization.
• Collaborate with Business Development to drive business volume and expand business offerings
• Produce a meaningful briefing system for Executives and Management concerning business and operational activities
Position requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
4-6 years progressive responsibility in aircraft operations and management
Skills/Certifications - Leadership and talent development experience
Preferred
Master's degree or equivalent
