Brokerage Associate

Position Summary:

GENERAL MARKETING EFFORTS

•  Create and coordinate call lists for brokers if requested
• Maintain and update marketing materials including case studies, reference lists, testimonials, etc
• Create and/or maintain lists in the database to be used for Company marketing efforts, including but not limited to:
  • CRM database
  • List of all prospects meeting our target criteria
  • List of all active clients and executives
• Matrix brokers to prospects via Linkedin

RESEARCH EFFORTS

• Acquire and maintain property sale and lease comparable information
• Provide customized economic analyses for local, regional, and national markets
• Benchmark best practices
• Target industry groups as potential tenants for space we are marketing

BROKERAGE EFFORTS

• Assist with the acquisition of process as needed, including space programming, etc
• Assist with financial analyses of potential site options
• Attend industry events that Company sponsors as needed – may be after normal business hours
• Assist in production of proposals and client presentations
• Coordinate and facilitate business development meetings
• Participate in initial client meetings in which requirements are discussed
• Run surveys identifying potential site options for clients
• Confirm site information (pricing, timing, other materials) for clients
• Produce customized surveys for clients
• Prepare tour books, maps, and building information sheets
• Schedule tours with cooperating brokers

 SUBLEASE MARKETING

• Distribute flyers via US Mail and electronic means
• Maintain disposition information on Company website
• Contact tenants adjacent to disposition space to investigate their plans for growth
• Monitor VerticalEmail and respond to broker requirements that might fit listings
• Call cooperating brokers and respond to calls about listing
• Target industry groups as potential tenants for space we are marketing
• Tour potential tenants and their respective agents thru our disposition space
• Coordinate proposals and subleases with supervising broker
• Prepare and present marketing reports to clients
