Global Apparel & Equipment Sourcing and Planning is 130 person organization at Nike, accountable for all of Nike’s Apparel and Equipment global demand planning, product cost planning, strategic sourcing, supply planning and material planning. Scope includes approx. 650m units annually, across 450 factory locations, and working for all categories, liaison offices, and geographies.

As a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst on the Business Analytics Team, you will develop integrated solutions using tools such as Tableau to enable better, faster decisions. You possess both a strong business (supply chain) acumen and a technical expertise to turn large amounts of data into a simple and powerful story and actionable insights that can be easily understood by the business. The ability to effectively communicate with the business and technical teams will be key to your success.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Computer Science or related field
• 5 plus years of analytics, reporting or related work experience
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills with knowledge of analytical tools and languages including Teradata, Tableau, Cognos, R, SQL
• Understanding of supply chain, planning and sourcing preferred
• Experience with large data sets and familiarity with Nike data and systems a plus
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of self-motivation
• Strong verbal, written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both functional and technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines in a complex team environment
