A Global Product Director, Pricing considers numerous factors such as intended demographic, the products offered by the competition, and how well the product fits with the company's business model. The product director manages both the tops down and bottoms up forecasting products.
The Global Product Director, Pricing will help set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and processes that will continue to drive Nike planning processes across the enterprise. This person will own all deliverables, communication, and capabilities that will enable over 1200 planners across all 13 geos & territories.
· 7 years in analytics and understanding of where big data is going
· 3 years in managing process and technology implantations
· 5 years working with executive level leadership across a wide variety of partners and corporate disciplines
· Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and influence peer leaders
· Has managed in an agile continuous development team with squads and scrum masters
· Leads & understands how to lead in a horizontal environment allowing team collaboration and cross product delivery
· Ability to travel across the globe & understand cultures, learning styles, and adapt
