As a Logistics Analyst for international inbound cargo to
North America, you will be the first point of contact between our international
transportation vendors and our Nike logistics teams, helping to ensure delivery
of finished goods across US and Canada. Our portfolio of vendors includes both
AIR and OCEAN providers. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our
inbound supply chain, using both internal and external data and acting as a key
escalation point for delivery issues, both operational and complex. Managing
carrier performance is vital to your role, which includes facilitating monthly
carrier meetings and metric discussions, analyzing KPI’s and working with the
carriers to improve service and support of Nike cargo.
You’ll work across the Nike matrix, including Customs,
Delivery, Outbound Logistics, Inventory Management, Global Logistics and
Finance to proactively plan for any disruption or adversity to the North
America supply chain. Using your problem-solving skills, you will seek out
resolution to unique operational supply chain issues and support process

reflects the most current tracking information available and communicate any
data issues to both internal and external stakeholders.
