Digital Quality Management Lead - Mobile Test Execution

Duties: As part of NIKE's Consumer Digital Technology team, create, develop, and deploy seamless and tailored social experiences to digital consumers through delivery of technical solutions for digital products and services. Define, build, and execute detailed test plans for all mobile applications. Perform sprint release testing, new feature testing, and regression testing for mobile/Web application area. Record test results. Work with Quality Management Planning and Operations team on test execution. Interpret internal and external business issues. Ensure software quality standards over web and mobile projects, co-ordinate testing with offshore and review results. Travel at least 10%, including international.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field (foreign equivalent accepted). 

5 years' experience:

1. working with Agile or TDD/BDD methodologies;

2. working with product owners and stakeholders, overseeing project requirements testing;

3. writing and communicating test strategies, plans, defects and scenarios across multiple teams using at least one of the following tools: Jira, Bugzilla, Test Director or Quality Center;

4. utilizing manual and automated testing in the following environments: services oriented, web based and client Server Architecture;

5. working with the following mobile/web technologies and languages: Java, C, C , Charles, wireshark, data structures, Shell Scripting, Object oriented development, Xcode and test tools/frameworks;

6. developing and executing test plans to meet the following testing delivery phases: schedules, milestones, critical paths, and responsibility matrices; 

7. evaluating functional and non-functional testing requirements, assessing gaps, and providing estimates of testing needs;

8. writing UI automated tests using one or more of the following: Appium, Selenium, QTP, Robotium, Calabash or Espresso including concepts of CI and CD;

3 years’ experience:

9. writing SQL queries on relational databases; and applying functional and regression testing with JMeter and SOAP UI / REST based web services using XML; and

1 year experience:

10. working with Amazon web services for mobile applications and API interaction.
