Gift Registry System Maintenance Coordinator, Full Time\\: Saugus, MA, Macy’s Square One

Job Overview:
The primary function of this position is to set-up and maintain the FedGift system database files, which supports the in-store application. The database also feeds to the Gift Registry financial reporting system. Timeliness and accuracy are both critical to this job. Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
• FedGift database maintenance, which includes:
• UPC descriptions
• Vendor labels
• Category assignments
• Provide support to associates
• Assist Gift Registry employees with Google removal requests
• Assist employees with deleting requests
• Needs to research and resolution of system issues for the Stores Gift Registry
• Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
• High School diploma and/or some college education preferred.
• Knowledge of Home Store product preferred.
• Knowledge of FedGift system preferred.
Communication Skills:
• Strong leadership profile and excellent negotiation skills
• Superior customer service skills
Mathematical Skills:
• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Reasoning Ability:
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Demands:
• This position may require regular walking, standing, hearing, and talking and may occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Other Skills:
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
• Experience working with Excel
Work Hours:
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs
