Students are given the opportunity to grow personally and professionally while building their resume through practical work experience with a Fortune 500 Company. Most available positions are located in downtown Cleveland at our Corporate Headquarters. Long-term availability preferred (at least 1 full year) Position hours are flexible, part time (up to 28 hours per week).
Essential Functions Strategy & Planning • Analyze, document, and recommend improvements to existing workflows, processes, and standards.
Acquisition & Deployment • Implement enterprise wide software delivery and audit to ensure licensing requirements and proper operation/installation. • Support PC and other mobility devices relating to acquisition activities.
Operational Management • Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting in a team environment including hands-on, over-the-phone and remote controlled support. • Computer imaging and configuration of desktops and laptops. • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining detailed call logs when working with customers. • Resolve client’s problems in a timely and appropriate manner. • Identify trends using data analysis.
Position Requirements Formal Education & Certification • Currently enrolled in college degree program and actively working toward an Associate, Bachelor or Master Degree in related field. Minimum GPA of at least 2.85
• Graduation date on of after May 2018.
Knowledge & Experience • Knowledge of Windows XP/7 and Office 2007/2010 preferred • Knowledge of iOS and Android devices preferred
Personal Attributes • Excellent customer service skills. • Ability to work well in a team environment. • Ability to work in a long term Professional Apprentice no less than one year. • Eager to learn, grow and develop technical, interpersonal and business skills. • Motivated to contribute to the work effort. • Competent in verbal and written communications. • Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
