Daily sorting, pickups and deliveries of U.S. and inter-office mail
Support employees on all mail requirements.
Maintain all mail stops (new hires/terms)
Handle all Fed-Ex, UPS and certified mail as requested
Receive, log-in, and contact the appropriate party for pick up or delivery of all incoming packages
Processes and distributes all incoming mail and packages
Reconciles and is accountable for all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Acts as primary backup for all mailroom staff as necessary for vacation backfill, absences, lunches, training, morning and afternoon breaks
Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors or other services providers as necessary.
Manage and motivate Mailroom and Shipping & Receiving staff for multiple sites
Responsible for timesheets and tracking PTO
Act as the direct liaison with couriers (FedEx, UPS, Neopost…) and related Support Services vendors
SERVICE DELIVERY
Reads and understands the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
Ensures appropriate follow up with customers
Seeks to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction
Provides direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Helps support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings in year one and two of outsourced operations.
Supports all requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle Management, Operations and Financial audits
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Requires a minimum of a High School diploma.
Equivalent experience may be accepted.
A minimum of 4 years industry experience is required.
A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
A minimum of 2 years warehouse or manufacturing experience is required.
A minimum of 1 year experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry is desired.

Experience in computer-based systems is required, including shipping systems and MS Office.
