As the NBA Purchasing Analyst, you will collaborate with the
Category Planning Team as well as other members of Planning leadership to drive
strong team performance and business results.
You will be the key point of contact for all purchasing
related activities that support the NBA replenishment and Quick Turn business. You
will also have an assigned base of materials and/or products for which you will
facilitate the purchasing process. You will ensure that all materials are
purchased on the appropriate timelines, and manage procedures related to the
successful production & shipment of the goods. You will escalate any issues
that will prevent the desired timelines from being met.
At times, you will lead research on purchasing gaps, inconsistencies
or areas for improvement and communicate findings to leadership to support
fact-based decision making. In addition, you will be representing the
Purchasing organization in meetings and on a wide variety of projects that have
implications to our day-to-day business.
Other responsibilities will include team representation
during system upgrades/release cycles, collaborating with stakeholder teams on
complex issue resolution, and assisting with new hire training.
