As our Golf Customer Service Representative, you'll successfully manage smaller volume/less complex accounts for our specialty retailers. You'll build strong relationships and adapt to account-specific needs while maintaining Nike's interests. You'll manage and track orders by utilizing reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery of Nike products. You'll also respond courteously to all customer service transactions including incoming calls from multiple accounts, Sales Reps and internal/external customers. You'll also partner with and support our Sales, Traffic, Transportation, Inventory and Demand Planning groups to help grow the business for specific accounts. You'll maintain account profiles to ensure vendor compliance, in addition to ensuring that all programs such as SRP, Replenishment, VAS and credit policies are administered correctly. This opportunity also involves suggestive selling and providing replacement options on cancelled orders. You'll attend cross-functional meetings and participate in presentations and discussions related to account business interactions. In addition, you may have the opportunity to gather and analyze data to be utilized by Marketing for line direction, quarterly newsletters and divisional updates.
Requirements for the position include:

· High school diploma or GED
· A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer service or retail environment
· In-depth proficiency with MS Word and Excel
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to solve problems and make sound business decisions
· Initiative and the ability to work independently
· Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize a varied workload
· Strong customer service skills and team orientation
· Knowledge of SAP is preferred
· Strong knowledge of the golf industry is preferred
· Nike customer service experience is a plus
