- Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify and prioritize opportunities to drive business strategies using data
- Develop and shape innovative business intelligence solutions that generate actionable insights and drive business process improvements
- Synthesize and communicate analysis recommendations to enable fact-based business decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelors required and/or 3-5 years of experience working in data and analytics roles
- Ability to write and understand Structured Query Language (SQL) syntax
- Experience with open-source database technologies (Hadoop, Druid, Cassandra) and open-source mobile technologies (NodeJS, AngularJS)
- Experience with Teradata environment and data automation toolsets a plus
- Strong attention to detail, excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Highly self-motivated, able to work both independently and in team settings
- Ability to learn quickly, passion for learning new technologies and business-area knowledge
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking skills, and courage
- Excellent communication and strong relationship building skills
