Establish and lead overall vendor strategies
Lead Contract negotiation, implementation and management
Are accountable for managing program finances and budget
Developing and driving strategies to reduce service expense while maintaining overall service level expectations.
Drive the development, implementation, and documentation of processes and training tools.
Recommend and implement short-term goals and initiatives
Drive and deliver process improvements
Requirements
4 year college degree or equivalent experience
2-6 years relevant experience
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Experience in public speaking & presenting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
