Senior Computer Engineer (Government)

AT&T - Fairborn, Ohio

AT&T/GSI is currently seeking a Senior Computer Engineer to support local contracts in Fairborn, OH. 

The Senior Computer Engineer will work in an engineering environment focusing on cyberspace security applications, processes, procedures and training initiatives.

• Providing technical expertise or specialized knowledge for the protection of IT infrastructure, both physical and virtual.
• Support can include concept development, requirements development, system specifications, system analysis, trade-offs, baseline management, architectural development, test specifications, product evaluations, feasibility analysis, transition planning, vulnerability assessments, protection methods and modeling and simulation.
• Specialized knowledge can include, but is not limited to; configuration management, safety, security, reliability, availability, maintenance, human factors, and IT domain specific expertise.
• Exceptional creativity and resourcefulness in the most complex assignments. May lead efforts in defining concept approaches, acquisition policy, conducting studies, and exploring alternatives.
• May evaluate feasibility and alternative concepts, program definition, risk reduction, acquisition strategies, source data development, and special projects and studies.
• May develop program control processes, requirements analysis, training development initiatives and operational assessments.
• May be required to support proposal development and contract management activities.

Qualifications: Demonstrated high level experience within the cyberspace security regulations, processes and procedures. At a minimum, MS Information Resource Management or other related technical field and 25 years experience. CISSP certified.

Requirements: An active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance is required.
