Main Activities/Duties/Responsibilities
Position is expected to develop and organize products for improvement and/or control of the various methods of operation, production capabilities and equipment in order to obtain improved safety, optimum quality, maximum speeds and yields, product cost reductions, efficiency improvements and heightened customer awareness.
Experience and Education
B.S. Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
Functional and Technical Skills

*Competency in Problem Solving, communications, teamwork and Lean Skills
