The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a District Coordinator in the Strongsville, OH location. This position will be responsible for the following administrative functions: maintaining calendars, travel schedules, seminars, meetings, off-site itineraries, expense reports (concur), time and attendance tracking, conference calls, memos, reports and presentations, including the Operation Plan, strategic and marketing reports, charts and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the local Sales Director, Sales Manager and Sales staff, including general correspondences, report and planning documents, and other projects as directed. When needed, will be a back-up support for other Sales and District Coordinators.
- Maintain staff itineraries; coordinate travel arrangements in a cost effective manner when needed.
- Organize training classes and meetings, including room set up, ordering meals, coordinating transportation and hotel reservations, communicating with attendees, etc.
-Handle incoming phone calls and other communications in a professional and discreet manner. Route phone calls, as appropriate, to other company personnel.
-Schedule, coordinate and follow up on internal and external meetings.
- Process and monitor travel expenses and invoices.
-Maintain an efficient and accurate filing system for all reports, correspondence, records, etc.
-Maintain confidentiality with regards to personnel information, organizational changes, financial statements, policy announcements and/or executive decisions.
-Assist managers in the Annual Performance Review Process.
-Provide administrative back-up support for Executive Assistant.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age. - Must have a valid state issued driver's license. - Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status. - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications:
-3-5 years of experience supporting a busy field based sales team.
-Plan and set up meeting arrangements with internal and external teams.
-Formatting and editing presentations and reports in Word and PowerPoint
-Coordinating and distributing monthly reports and maintains a record of department metrics.
-Preparing detailed reports and business data. Maintain shared folder of commonly needed information.
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
-Strong Microsoft office experience.
Preferred Qualifications;
- 6 years of experience supporting a busy field based sales team.
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Experience working in job posting and/or attendance systems
- Coordinating and distributing monthly reports and maintains a record of department metrics.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Experience assisting with arranging travel including booking flights, transport and hotel accommodations.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
