Job Duties

 

Candidate Onboarding

Ensure that all steps of the onboarding process are completed timely

Complete background check and drug screening for candidates

Support candidates and answer questions they may have about the onboarding process

Contact candidates to ensure they are on track to complete their required steps in the onboarding process

Recruiter and Hiring Manager Support

Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to move candidates through the hiring process

Resolve hiring manager inquires quickly and professionally

Collect necessary paperwork from recruiters and hiring managers to ensure payroll is updated timely

Additional Duties

Schedule random drug screenings

Assist accounts payable with billing issues

Update documentation and training materials as required

General computer knowledge including MS Office
