ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to)
Project Leadership: define and/or influence definition of project scope, goals, interdependencies, critical path, milestones/deliverables, risks, mitigation plans, and success criteria in collaboration with management and stakeholders
Project Execution: collaborate iteratively with internal customers, strategy team members, and other subject matter experts to shape and test project specific hypotheses, structure logic and associated analytics, and effectively deliver proposals and recommendations to the business.
Department Support: Provide analytical support for other strategy projects as needed in a fluid environment with a combination of consistent and ad-hoc requests and needs
Functional Support: Develop executive-focused presentations on an as-needed basis to support important internal and external communication needs and supporting analyses
Implementation Support: Develop scorecards and tracking systems for key projects to create transparency and enable the business to implement strategic recommendations

Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other quantitative and/or process oriented field of study
Related Experience/Requirements: Ideal candidate is a high performing associate at a top-tier strategy consultancy. 4-6 years relevant business experience required. Prior foodservice, food retailing, food manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred. Strong project management and data analysis experience (minimum 3 years) is required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Has successfully worked in (or advised) a complex organization which supports a variety of stakeholders.
Has been involved in the development of strategies to solve complex business problems
Strong analytical, problem solving and technical aptitude:
Experience creating / structuring a data framework and pulling data from an array of disparate systems to generate analytical insights
Experience in gathering, organizing and reporting various information and data, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, completeness, responsiveness and accountability.
Demonstrated motivation to take initiative and drive progress on assigned projects
Clear, concise communicator able to interface with all levels of the organization
Strong written and oral presentation skills, including comfort delivering presentations to senior management
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Requires advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (or equivalent analytical software)
