Lead Manager, Marketing Technology Design

Do emerging technologies, mountains of data and opportunities to drive business transformation motivate you?  AT&T Entertainment group is looking for a highly motivated, tech savvy individual with a deep knowledge of marketing technology, tools, and methods for driving optimal digital, mail, SMS, email and social on a 1 to 1 basis at massive scale.  We are looking for the kind of person who never takes no for an answer, pushes the limits on what is possible, cuts through bureaucracy, stimulates change and who inspires their colleagues to do the same.

• Lead cross-functional team in building the new AT&T MarTech data stack
• Work with data architects to build optimal data solutions that serve both online and offline activation, marketing and analytics
• Build relationships with external (Ad Agency, Digital/ Social partners) and internal clients to facilitate data and knowledge sharing
• Assure data security and regulatory / privacy compliance

• 5 years’ experience with marketing data warehouses and technology tools
• Knowledge of Vertica, Hadoop, Hortonworks, Adobe DMP, AWS cloud, Teradata, Spark
• Technical project management experience
• Strong communicator
• Clickstream data and other log level digital data experience
• Identity graph management
• Tableau, SQL, Hive, Impala and Spark experience is a plus
• Experience in large media, technology, ecommerce, or other subscription based business knowledge is a plus
• Works well with others, leads by example and thrives in a cross functional diverse team
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or qualitative discipline desired
