AT&T is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with strong data analysis skills and strategic thinking to join the Retention Analytics team within the Analytics & Insights organization. This individual will be supporting AT&T’s customer retention efforts by analyzing data, providing better understanding and insight of customer retention behavior and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations that improve the performance and value of these important initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify the “why” or “so what” from data that he/she distills from various sources. He/she must demonstrate extensive experience doing hands-on analysis and strategic thinking ability. The candidate must have experience manipulating large datasets using computer languages (SQL/SAS) and be able to summarize the data into insights and communicate with cross-functional team.
