PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Condut Campaign Targeting Analytics
  • Perform pre-campaign analytics and make recommendations regarding strategy and execution
  • Automate creation of targeting criteria for recurring campaigns using SAS and SQL
  • Develop techniques for delivering personalized content through all customer-addressable channels
  • Build models, algorithms, and data structures to enable at-scale personalization of CRM campaigns
Perform Predictive Analytics
  • Create predictive analytics for CRM segmentation and campaign opportunity analysis using analytical tools such as SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner, and R
  • Build and test models used for targeting campaigns
  • Create and test methodologies to target discounts to maximize customer profitability and lifetime value
Management of associates
  • Manages direct reports, systems and projects to achieve unit goals in accordance with Company policies and practices.
  • Prepares and analyze unit plans and reports.
  • Provides leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise, thus affecting the results of the operating area.
  • Creates an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communications.
  • Develops staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Management Information Systems or similar
  • Experience with SQL and data structure design
  • Predictive analytics using SAS, R, SPSS
  • Experience developing and evaluating large-scale recommender systems
preferred
  • Knowledge of campaign tools (IBM (Unica) Campaign, Aprimo Relationship Manager, etc)
  • Knowledge of big data technologies
  • Advanced degree in statistics or mathematics or related field
